Lamar York Prize
Lan Tran of Carson, California, won the fifth annual Lamar York Prize
for Nonfiction for her essay "Lone Stars." She received $1,000, and her
essay was published in the Summer 2002 issue of the Chattahoocee Review.
The award is given for an original essay. The next deadline is January 15.
